Upgrade fault by Vodashop still not fixed

In November 2016, I went to Vodashop Rustenburg Waterfall Mall for an upgrade on one of my contracts. I selected the iPhone SE 64GB Space Grey on a uChoose Flexi 110. The total for the deal was R399 per month. Two weeks later, after having phoned countless times, the consultant calls me to tell me that my phone arrived. 10 Minutes later she calls again and told me she made a mistake, they didn't receive the iPhone SE, but instead received an iPhone 6s and she wanted to know whether I wanted it. I told her that I didn't want the 6s as I wanted the SE. She then told me that they no longer sell the SE after which I told her that it is still available online. She checked and told me she would then order the SE. 3 days later she calls and I go to collect the iPhone SE. Then I received my bill and it was totally wrong. I was being billed for an iPhone 6s on uChoose Flexi 200 which costs R688!!!! I immediately went in to the Vodashop and after an hour of consultants going to the back to talk to the manager, they assured me the problem would be fixed. Beginning of January 2017, I get the next round of invoices from Vodacom and its still WRONG! I phone 111 and the lady tells me that no amendment had been requested and I should go back to the Vodashop. So I went to the Vodashop and they tell me I must phone 111. After a while they proceed to contact Vodacom Dealership. Every week I enquire, they just tell me they'll find out what's going on. Now they no longer respond and just ignore me.

I have a copy of the signed deal where I wanted the iPhone SE 64GB on uChoose Flexi 110 costing R399 a month. Can someone please assist me and fix my contract to what it was supposed to be? I can't pay double for something that is clearly the Vodashop's mistake (which they admitted too! They generated a seperate quote which they processed without my knowledge. I just want what I signed for and that is the R399 deal not R688.)

Please can someone from Vodacom assist me?
