Upgrade fault and missing 3G!

Good day,

I recently upgraded and after investigation, we discovered that my upgrade was done wrong. A consultant fixed it and gave me 5gigs of data. But that was useless as my 3G just disappeared! I called numerous times, restarted the phone and back and forth. I also have not received my Microsoft package that I was supposed to receive with my upgrade?

Please can we sort this out?

Just to be clear:

1. I want my 3G activated again, I had it for years now after the faulty upgrade it is GONE, my phone is useless without WiFi!

2. Please, can someone tell me why I have not received my Microsoft? The Vodacom I did the upgrade with details:

Vodacom Chats in Louis Trichardt - **********

Because if I try calling nobody is going to know what I am talking about, they said they will call me as soon as stock arrives, but they never did.
