Upgrade failure again….

So here we go again. Vodacom sales … Called me about my line upgrade - secondary line (data) on Monday 20 October , great deal and special and I can also upgrade my main line to latest iPhone 17 pro.. amazingly checking they have stock etc and will have both in 2 days. Guess what, receive a generic sms to say no stock - no indicate which line upgrade, no information via email. Cannot get hold of sales .. post sales cannot answer me. No stock and no time when new stock will arrive - up to 4 weeks? When I called the post sales my data line has not been submittted for sale nor can they give me any updates… absolutely useless customer services and sales from Vodacom
