Upgrade failed due to vodacom glitch - no service proivde

HI there on the 8th of dec 25 i tried to upgrade my package but for some reason the system did not take the nank account details that i already have regsitered with you and re-entered them three times which then kicked me out. I subsequently send an email to vodashop to upgrade me but that was not action and not the deal has ended.. This is unfair as i tried to avenues but due to vodacom glitches it failed
