UPGRADE ** FACADE*
UPGRADE EMAILS - LITERALLY SPAMMING ME THEN I DO AND NOW THEY SAY I CAN'T UPGRADE TO BETTER PHONE I HAVE BUT MUST GET THE MORE ***** SECOND RATED ONE. ON RED VIP BUT I HAVE TO CHOOSE A CHEAP AND NASTY ONE THAT IS GOING TO BE COSTING ME LESS, WITH LESS BENEFITS??? WHY WOULD I DO THAT PLONKERS. MTN IS OFFERING ME DOUBLE WHAT YOU ARE!! CLEARLY YOU IN THE BUSINESS OF LOSING CUSTOMERS???? ***!
