upgrade due on 4 October 2016 but can't upgrade because of system changes

<p>I was suppose to upgrade on 4th of October as per the system.went into store on 4th October to upgrade and was told my account wasn't paid for the previous month.so I made a paymenttge following day as I couldn't upgrade till it was paid.</p> <p>The Monday went into store to be told my account is suspended and need to contact customer care .</p> <p>I did this after how many hours of being sent from one department to next and ended up with Dine in legal or something .sent her the proof of payment and she said she would make my account as a current upgrade.</p> <p>Go to store again to be told my account is now only due for upgrade in December only.this due to system changes.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then told to contact customer care again.Only to be told the store must contact customer acquisition. So next day went in again to be told they cant do anything as its the new system and they can't change the dates.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is such pathetic service and am unhappy.I was due for upgrade due to your old system and now new system shows December only.I am even prepared to pay for November fees to upgrade so that I can get a new phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Jeffery's bay vodacom for you branch fountains mall manager s3nt this issue to HR and she has got no response from HR.I have been to 3 different stores and not one of them can help resolve my issues.</p> <p>Iwant mymy upgrade already and someone to sort my complaint out .I am tired of your poor service and wasting my time and money calling customer care and being sent from pillar to post and getting no where.</p> <p> </p>
