Upgrade done without my permission

I've been a Vodacom customer for many years, earlier this year one of Vodacom's trade partners REWARDS CO upgraded four of my contracts with Vodacom. So far I've been bouncing between Vodacom's Customer Care, ***** Department, Cancellations Department and no one is able to help me. My last interaction with Vodacom Customer Care, I was told to contact the REWARDS CO, their Trade Partner, my argument is that I'm a customer of Vodacom and NOT REWARDS CO. What I also want to know is how is it that if I want to do an upgrade out of my own I have to get security checks done and OTPs sent to the Vodacom App to verify that it is indeed me requesting an upgrade. The cherry on the cake is that I'm currently paying more than double what I used to pay because I was on a month-to-month because my previous 24 month contract had come to an end and my intention was to cancel the contracts. How does one get this problem resolved? I'm a Vodacom customer and not a (REWARDSCO CONTACT CENTRES(VODDIR) customer, I feel that the way Vodacom does business is *********. With all my interactions with Vodacom Customer Care they never gave me a reference number, I only go a reference number from their ***** Disputes Department. I never signed any contracts even though REWARDSCO sent me quotes that I had to get signed to accept the upgrades which I did not sign but reported it to Vodacom that I did not approve these upgrades and that I'm not going to sign any quotes. Really frustrated at this point and feeling hopeless, these contracts will only end at the end of 2025 and is going to cost me R24000.00 over the term without even getting handsets which is the whole point of getting an upgrade done in the first place, isn't it?
