Upgrade done without correct information!!!!

I phone on 25/05/2025 and spoke to consultant at Vodacom wanted to know how do I cancel my contracts because there is a 3 that is expiring now, he said he will assist me to pay lesser on the three so that I don't cancel the contract I specifically ask him if I would like to cancel them later on or want to do an upgrade will I still be able to do so and he answered YES, When I phoned today I found out that there was upgrades done and the contract expire in 2027 no handset upgrade!!! And the cannot do anything about it?? how is this possible all calls are recorded draw the call....I am furious with Vodacom and it seems no one want to help you!!
