UPGRADE DONE ONLINE - NO PHONE & NO SUPPORT FROM VODACOM

I upgraded on the 15th of August 2019 and someone had already contacted me to release the phone, but no luck in receiving my device yet. I have not been successful in getting through to speak to a consultant, as you are constantly experiencing high call volumes.

I have no idea whether my device is on the way or what is going on. Can someone please contact me and give me an update or I will cancel this upgrade as I have not received anything yet.
