Upgrade done but still awaiting my phone

I went to upgrade my phone Saturday at centurion mall at the istore. The consultant told me that they have stock and that my upgrade was sucessful. It has been 2 days and I still dont have a phone due to the fact that the consultant is waiting for an activation key. First the consultant told me the activation kry will take 2-4 hours then 2-24 then that I will have the phone Monday morning and I still dont have it.
