Upgrade disputes

Last month I got a call that i qualify for an upgrade which was explained to me and I agreed but when I received my statement last night it was double what I was paying. I was told I am not gonna get charged any hidden cost. I can't afford to pay double of what I used pay. Since well vodacom did not honour their promises I would to cancel their upgrade leave my existing contract ends.
