Upgrade Disaster

Good day,

On 1 Feb 2018 Vodacom called me to do an upgrade on 2 of my numbers. I did an upgrade on 1 of my numbers. The other 1 I did online I received an Application Number - VODACOMDIREC- ********** ********** 86 and an email saying Vodacom will call me. - It never happened. The numbers was - ********** 909 which I upgraded with the over the telephone. ********** - I tried to upgrade online. 8 February 2018 A Microsoft Office 365 Package was delivered to me. I contact ********** and told them there was a wrong delivery made. 8 February 2019 I contact Vodacom by 082111 Ref 1- ********** ********** . They said to me I must upgrade over the telephone now and call ********** and cancel the deal. I did the upgrade with them over the telephone. I contact ********** they said they did not do the deal I must contact Vodacom. I contacted Vodacom 082 718 44 @10h00 I spoke to Nicoley that wasn't able to give me a reference number. She said I must contact ********** and cancel the deal there. According to her, there is only 1 upgrade pending and that is the 1 I did on 9 February 2018 for ********** . And the Microsoft Office 365 Package was given to me with the upgrade of ********** 909. I must contact ********** to cancel the Microsoft Office 365 Package.

I'm frustrated with the terrible service Vodacom gives to me. Every time with an upgrade there is a issue.
