Upgrade disaster

We upgraded our one contract on-line, as this is the more convenient option to do.<br> <br> However, first Vodacom gave the delivery address wrong to Ram Couriers, then when the package arrived yesterday, there was no NanoSim or Solar Power bank in the package.<br> <br> Now I have to go into a Vodacom branch - and then get refunded after I purchased the sim in store. So now I am inconvenienced due to Vodacom's error.<br> <br> Now I cannot get the power bank and if I want to get another accessory, guess what - they must reverse it as they do not just send accessories or a sim... and I have to select another accessory because the power bank is out of stock...you offered it, I selected it with no call or anything, so please arrange for me to get this, as this is what I ordered. We phoned as well to confirm and nothing was said when we called.<br> <br> I hope someone will contact me asap.<br> <br>
