Upgrade device not delivered

Not very impressed. I was supposed to get my upgrade tablet on contract delivered yesterday. According to the courier, Skynet, delivery failed as they could not find the address. So why do they not phone if they cant find the delivery point> I am supposed to get it today and can almost guarentee I wont have it by 5 pm. Can someone kindly contact me to get this sorted. Anne ***
