UPGRADE DENIED

I was notified i was due for an upgrade on 30 October, app**** online to pre order the iphone 8, got a very rude call saying i don't qualify and she put the phone down without explanation. Went into the store today and was told again i don't qualify, bad portfolio, credit, you name it. Apparently because i had a tough year and missed a few debit orders but did manual payments shortly after, i'm on the top contract i believe, we pay a bomb for it, i was allowed to add two tablets to this contract all the while i'm increasing my monthly PAY VODACOM amount to be made to feel like a second rate citizen in store because i may not upgrade my phone! Shame on you guys, i wish i could change networks because clearly all you do is take and you give ****** all back to people you dub VIP contact holders!!! I know of teenagers going in for their first contract who don't have steady jobs but manage to fool you fools with three months allowances that appear to be a salary cheque, walking out of stores with iphone 8's, in fact i live with one!! I'm 34 years old, own and run my own business for ten years and far more stable than these kids with easy come easy go jobs but life happens and sometimes you don't make a blasted debit order but you catch up and you are judged. SHAME ON YOU GUYS. Feeling ****** awful today, the whole lot of you can go stick it.
