UPGRADE DENIED
I am already due for an upgrade from April 2019 and i decided to upgrade my line once the new iphone 12 pro max came and i was denied my upgrade “due to me being on debt review”. Yes i am on debt review and my vodacom contract has not been added to my debt review profile. I have been on debt review since Feb 2019 and was still able to upgrade my daughters line in Feb 2020 and then my wifes line in June 2020 with the phones that they wanted and not cheap devices i light add now i wanted to get the phone i wanted and was denied. I feel i am being discriminated against because im on debt review!!! I have never missed a payment with Vodacom and i have been a loyal customer since 2002.
