Upgrade delivered wrong phone

I upgraded to the Sony Z5 compact but they sent me the Z5 instead. Now I have to wait 3-14 days for RAM to come and pick up the phone beforethey can issue my new phone. Now it has become my problem. Instead of doing an upgrade in 48 hours it will now take 3 weeks. I would rather cancel my contact than wait that long.
