Upgrade - Delay
<p>I upgraded with Vodacom on Monday and was told that delivery would take place by Wednesday/Thursday for the latest however when i call Vodacom to get a tracking number the upgrade has not been validated even though i received a call on Tuesday afternoon to confirm the upgrade.</p> <p>I have called numerous times and nobody is able to assist me with getting the upgrade validated and a tracking number issued.</p>

I received a call yesterday to say that someone would contact me wrt to my issue and that i would receive a follow up within an hour and almost 24 hours later i have received absolutely no response from Vodacom.
Please could someone get back to me with an answer as to why more than a week later i have received no tracking number.
