Upgrade deal mislead
Upgraded on line on 13 July for a LG G4 with SD Card and Battery Pack included. When opening parcel no SD Card and no Battery Pack, and not even a sim for the new phone. After being told to call number after number, and promises of callbacks, no callback from VODACOM. Still waiting for a response.
