Upgrade deal as advertised
I went to your Vodacom store in Fourways to do a upgrade. I went to collect my PlayStation but the store didn’t want to honor the deal as advertised. This is not acceptable The deal states R249 per month for 24 months. This is what I should be charged Pls can you resolve ASAP as stock is available in the store and the no stock option is not available. I keep being told awaiting feedback from regional manager but nothing has happened. I emailed customer care and no response. I have been a customer for around 20 years and this is very poor

This is very poor and your books should have been pulled or a notice put out stating it’s incorrect. You advertise E&OE but yet don’t honor it. You order the stock in and when it arrives you come with this story. Totally unacceptable. After so many years as a client. And no respect to have someone call me at least
