UPGRADE DATE

So I upgraded in January 2016 after Elite Mobile phoned me. I was not happy with the phone and phoned Vodacom to collect the phone and cancel the upgrade. The phone was subsequently collected but my upgrade was not cancelled. It shows that my next upgrade is due in December 2017. <br> <br> As I have intentions to upgrade now, I started phoning Vodacom, who in turn referred me to Elite Mobile. After two days of calling and holding for hours, I have come to learn that although the upgrade was done through Elite Mobile, the phone was collected by Vodacom. I supp**** them with the waybill number and they gave me (once again!) a number to phone - ***. As this number is never answered, I sent them an e-mail after I found the e-mail address on google.<br> <br> It is now 3 days later and I have not received any response, nothing, nada!
