Upgrade cost a lot more than discussed!

Received a call in May 2026 about an "upgrade" and was told that my monthly subscription would be less than was, this was on 18th of May. The call dropped and the guy never called me back, now I got my Vodacom account and it's WAY more than it was before. I can't afford this!!! You need to revert back to the previous set up or reduce the amount somehow, I did NOT sign up for this to be so expensive!
