Upgrade contract, full month payment B4 use

I did an upgrade with Vodacom for a new blackberry 9720, staying on the same package my BIS package was canceled, now I need to pay a full month of fees before my BIS gets activated which does not make any sense and seems like ****************, I called the call center and spoke to Meagan who was not very helpful at all, she placed me on hold for almost 30 minutes without getting back to me.<br> <br> The service is pathetic and nobody is willing to assist.
