Upgrade Circus!
I upgraded my phone at the same time my mother of 85 upgraded her phone. My phone was delivered the next week but for weeks no sign of my mothers upgrade - when I eventually followed up I was referred to TOBI who politely informed me that the order was cancelled?? Really? I tried to do the same upgrade but that deal was no longer available so we had to settle for a different deal. Weeks went by no phone Then we got told that they did not have the street number in the address (NORMAL COURIER COMPANIES CALL!!! NO NOT VODACOM!!! they return the handset) We provided the address They did it again We provided the address in writing via email No delivery for weeks I wrote a stinking email THEY RETURNED THE HANDSET BACK TO THE OFFICE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW CAN ANYONE BE THAT ***********????????????????????? WE STILL DON'T HAVE A PHONE!
