Upgrade & Billing Frustrations

I have been having problems with my upgrades since November 2020. I upgraded to data lines with no handset subscription. The deal was meant to be 50G anytime & 50G night at R399 for each line. A few days later I realised MTN had the same deal at R299 and phoned Vodacom to cancel my upgrade and migrate to MTN as it was cheaper (this was done within the 14 days grace period 09/12/2020). When I was cancelling my upgrades I was offered a better deal of 100G day & 100G night at the same price and I opted to take the new deal instead of cancelling. When January 2021 commenced, I only received 50G night & day for both lines. I called Vodacom and the one line was only sorted out at the end of February 2021 because from March I started receiving 100G. The other line has not been sorted and it has reverted back to its original package of 30G night & 30G day. This has also reverted to its original price of R629 which is close to double what i was paying for before my upgrade. I am really frustrated as something so small that just needed a senior person to rectify has dragged on forever. This is seriously inconveniencing me as we are all aware we live in difficult financial times. To add to my frustration they have recently included a GameMine to my data line which I did not request at a price of R139 vat excluded. I feel Vodacom is seriously taking its customers for granted and do not have any empathy nor sympathy in resolving their issues since they are such a big brand.
