Upgrade and account status

4 trips to the istore in eastgate. After 10 years, I have to prove my credit score to Vodacom, that I can afford a phone. Without notification Vodacom just downgrade your account Status from P700 to P400 Standing in the iPhone store, The sales consultant tells you that you do not qualify as you do not pay your accounts.

Speaking to the business sales team, my contract was only starting in 2022 on a 24 month contract. I already have the existing contract since 2019.

Speaking to any person from Vodacom is pointless as everything just needs to be Escalated or needs go to the back office.

You will never be able to speak to a supervisor manager or anyone working in any managerial position.

Let’s see how long Vodacom will take to read the hello Peter comments and give me a official response as I’ve previously had the same issues as well when upgrading to this current phone.

This is such bad service from Vodacom and Istore eastgate.
I did not even get a phone call or any communication, that my account status has been restored or any form of apology for my embarrassment faced in the store from the staff member at istore eastgate
Just a hello Peter reply.

Yet again I have to make all the arrangements regarding the booking and checking that the store has a iPhone 12 in stock. I will be in store tomorrow 10am. This will be my 5th time going back.

Let’s see if Vodacom and Istore can offer a service.
Otherwise i will be making a scene in store and I hope the istore east gate owner better be in
