Upgrade accessories missing. THEFT!!!!

Still haven't gotten the Earbuds promised to me as part of my package upgrade. Agents promised i'd hear from them by mid day today at the latest. Still nothing.

This is a time sensitive upgrade and I ended up going for a more expensive upgrade yet Vodacom is *****ing from me.
