Upgrade

So during the time of our National Lockdown, I found out that Im eligible for a contract upgrade. Obviously very excited, I started browsing for devices as I am in the Market for an iPad.

So I went to 3 different Vodacom stores in Nelspruit/Mbombela in order to get my upgrade started and get my said device - which was advertised iPad 10.2 128Gb Wifi + Cellular ) I was told by them all they do not have the Item in stock as it is also placed on back order, but none of the managers can assist me in ordering the device. So I then decided to upgrade online as the show the device on their catalogue. The message came and said an agent will contact me within 48 hrs, 1 week later, no attempt was even made - mind you I also tried a second attempt within this week. So I decided to go to the iStore in iLanga mall with the hopes of getting my upgrade sorted. Needless to say it was a fruitless effort as they are apparently still waiting for Vodacom to provide them with contract deals on their iPads. Furthermore, I then decided to call Vodacom, but after going through all the menus, the upgrade line rings once and is then cut off/the contract cancel line too as at this stage I have had enough.

So either Vodacom is not looking for new customers or they have minimum to zero staff that are capable of assistance.

So I still haven't received any call from anyone at Vodacom, so it's quite obvious you don't want business.

Put me in touch with someone whom can cancel my contract
