upgrade

hi<br> I did an upgrade on the 16/7/2015 I took a nokia lumia 430 and the first day after I received the device it starts shutting of by itself. I reported the matter several times to the customer call centre via chat on line., and by phone I was promised that they will collect the device and send me a new one or cancelled the deal and I can sign a new deal.<br> <br> but so far nothing happened more that a week later I pay for a contract that I cannot use the device.<br> bad service ,I will recommend do your upgrade at a voda shop don't do it on line
