Upgrade

I wanted to do an upgrade so went into my closest Vodacom store(Randfontein). After a query was done it was found that my number was already upgraded. This was done **********ly. I was told to go to the police station and open a case. This was done and the documents was submitted back to Vodacom. Was told that an investigation will be opened. Since then which is over a month no feedback has been given. Service from Vodacom is PATHETIC. Number in concern is ***. This number is not in my possession all the time. Contact me on ***
