Upgrade

I received a sms saying i could upgrade 9 April 2015, so i went to vodacom secunda shop at the mall and asked for the upgrade (1 April 2015) they said they dont have the Sony Experia z3 in stock but will order it for me, the next day i went back and they said that i needed to pay the remaining 3 months of my previous contract as well, i said no thank you and cancelled the upgrade.... they send me an invoice with my old contract and the new upgrade i didnt take, i went back to vodacom they said it was cancelled but it takes time on their system, now i received a sms saying i have meen migrated to the uChoose flexi 200!!! The upgrade has been cancelled i dint take the upgrade or a migration! I will not pay for this! I dont want the upgrade as i will go to another provider when this contract end in July fix this! Service request number - EC-0W6U-21ESYW was logged Saterday 18 April put me back on my uChoose flexi 300 and take of the phone i dont have!
