Upgrade

I upgraded my contract on the 7th August to the S7 and the promotion running that states that you get a Samsung Galaxy tab 3 lite 7 inch free and a top dog educational voucher free - all that amounting to R589 per month. On thehe 11th August the phone was delivered with an invoice where else the tab and the educational voucher was charged for. On the 12th I called to enquire this and I was advised that this was an error that occured on the 7th and it would be reversed. The invoice stated that I would be paying R1980.32 which was not the initial agreement.

I spoke to Percy (14/08/2016) who advised that he can see the error and escalated this to the admin department for the charges to be reversed. He also mentioned that he would escalate to his manager to speed up the process.

SInce then I have been following up and today I received an invoice that amounts to R2209.31. I then called to enquire why has this error not been reversed but instead the amount has increased. Unfortunately my multiple calls were answered by a Nthapeng. During the initial call I explained to her that the error does not lie with the accounts department as the billing came straight from the upgrade department. She then rudely transfered my call to accounts and the call got cut. I called the second time and she introduced her call and dropped my call when she realised it was me again. I called the third time I spoke to a lady that introduced her self as Nthabiseng and she also dropped my when I introduced myself. I then tried for the 4th time and spoke to Mpho and he advised that the system is offline and he will call me back.

People I spoke to:

Nhlanhla (ref no. ********** 52) - 12/08/16

Linda and Elsie - 13/08/16 (Promised to call back as system was offline and none of that happened)

Percy (ref no. ********** 07) - 14/08/2016

17/08/16 - Nthapeng, Nthabiseng, Mpho

Please advise if this will EVER be sorted out as these amounts (R1980.32 and R2209.31) should not be
