up to **** service, 3 contract not working

I phoned vodacom a couple of times, due to 3 contracts not working that I am paying for. They keep on saying they will get back to me, but they never do. I am fed up with their **** service

And so ....... still no reply from vodacom, after a week and a half, phoned me twice to tell me they are referring to engineers and they would phone my back the same day, I am still waiting.........
