I have been dealing with a consultant from the Vodacom 4U by The name of NATASHA in Lenasia trade route mall and this complaint entails poor service delivery for my insurance claim and her manager VINCENT was of no help either. NATASHA was very rude. She strictly told me over the phone that I musnt talk too much over the phone and if I have a problem I should go in store. I am also furious because I have not received the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 pro as per the insurance claim.
