Up Grade False sale
A false sale (upgrade) was done last month. Despite logging calls some no references given its been 3 weeks now battling to get an official from cancellations (***) to acknowlege and cancel the *** ref (***) upgrade. Management please can you attend after 16 year contract this is the vala service level I have received.
