up grade and worst service ever pathetic

no words as bad service don't even come close try to upgrade for the past 17 work days spoke to 10 people yes I have there names and dates and finaly told delv will take place in 3 to 7 days when I phoned again reply states up grade never done .... I'm on the old system... really took you 17 days to figure that out .. after I informed all of them I ... getting the run around and sure sweet nothing will come from this so be warned. might be better to wait my 3 mouth and move along to better services
