Unwilling to understand customer is deceased

On 29Nov,dad(executor) & I went to customer service centre in Gateway to cancel Late brother's contract. All documents were handed.I have followed up numerously via the call centre. On the 9Dec,I received a disturbing email from Nonhlanhla Vilakazi to a sign a form & make payment.I responded, explaining the situation, she has ignored since. My brother was a loyal customer for years, thus Vodacom should be sensitive to the circumstance & not only be concerned about customers when customers are alive.Went to the customer service again on 16Dec,after which I received the same form to be completed.I went to the customer service again 21Dec as we not received any communication from Voda.Furthermore sim card is locked. The consultant Jody, did not help.I requested he contact call centre for me.If this is the response I get from the consultant, means I have wasted my time going to the service centre & I am at a dead end.How does the executor use the sim if he does not have the pin?My dad & I are hanging in limbo. We are not in celebration mood,so we don't go to gateway to shop.We are making a special trip each time to go Vodacom. This is turning to be such a problem.I plead, can we get assistance
