Unwilling to adhere to an instruction

I own a galaxy S7. One of 9 accounts that I have with Vodacom. I am entitled to a free screen repair within first 12 months. When I excised this option they advised that the back cover is broken. I said I am aware but they should NOT fix it!! Now Vodacom is insisting that the back cover be repaired and that I should pay R 4000 for the privelage. Which part of NO do they not understand
