Unwilling staff/managers and disgusting service!!!!!

My husband went to Vodacom Lakeside in Centurion mall at the end of October 2019 to upgrade his contract. A Samsung E-Sim smar****ch was included with the deal. On the day of the upgrade the consultant that assisted him with the upgrade, informed him (after the transaction concluded) that they do not have the watch in stock at the specific store. He then assured my husband that the new stock would arrive within a week. We specifically requested that they contact us when the new stock arrived. After 2 weeks of no feedback I went to the store to enquire about the watches. The first person that I spoke to said that he would go look at the back. I waited for almost 15min. When he eventually came to me again he said that he was sorry but he doesn't really know what I'm talking about and he wil get someone to assist me. I waited for another 10min, had to explain the story again, this person then also disappeared for 10min. When they came back to me all they could tell me is that the watch was not in stock. My husband then phoned them the following day, again no willingness from the manager to assist. On the weekend we went to the store again to enquire about the watches. This time we met with an arrogant manager that was clearly irritated with us asking about the watches. Eventually after spending about half an hour at the store trying to figure out what is going on, all the manager could tell us is that Samsung does not have the watches in stock at their warehouse. The manager told us that the watches would be in stock in January 2020. We once again requested to be updated of any changes or information about the stock. We waited patiently until the second week of January and then decided to enquire at the store again as we had not heard from them. When my husband phoned he was told that there was no manager available to assist. He phoned again the following day, when he asked for a manager he was told that the manager was busy and was put on hold for 12mins. He then decided to phoned the store from a different cellphone and this time when he asked if he could speak to a manager was told that there is no manager at the store, and this while on hold on the other phone for the manager! Eventually a manager phoned my husband and advised that there might be an option for another model of the Samsung watch, but he would phone him the following day to confirm. The manager then called and told my husband that he would have to pay R1600 per watch (his mom also upgraded with the same deal on the same day) but they also do not have that specific watch available in stock. My husband then told the manager that he will not pay extra money for the other watches, as he has already been paying for a product that he has not yet received for 3 months. My husband was also told that he would not be refunded or compensated for the 3 months that he has been paying for the product. My husband also tried to get hold of a manager in a higher position or the owner of the store which the manager did not take up seriously and denied my husband the opportunity to take the matter to a higher authority. We were also informed that the watches would now only be available in February, but no specific date was given. The manager also said that not, the store, Vodacom or Samsung will take responsibility for the incident.
