Unwelcome and unrequested ring tone

Unwanted and unrequested music ringtone added to phone. None of the options suggested by Vodacom actually works to stop this irritating music. Once again Vodacom fails to treat its customers fairly. No doubt this will get the standard response - a customer representative will make contact. If they do bother to make contact they will tell me to try all the steps I have already done like *117# unsubscribe, or call 117800
