Unwanted WIFI delivered and payment deducted.

At the end of 2014, I received a phone call from a consultant from Vodacom to sell a WIFI unit for R129.00 per month. I agreed to that offer and the next day another consultant phoned me about the same offer and I told her that we already agreed on that package but she said she just would like to confirm the deal. After a week the courier company delivered 2 WIFI units. I phoned Vodacom about the problem and told them I would like to cancel the entire agreement. On 9 Dec 2014 I received a sms from Vodacom (Loyiso Mapoma) that they cancelled both lines at no cost to me after numerous calls. From December 2014 they are deducting R258.00 plus vat monthly from my account. I would like Vodacom to cancel the transaction as agreed and refund all the deductions..
