Unwanted sales calls, and lies being sold

I'm being harrassed by Vodacom, offering met more data on my current contract, the agents always PROMISE that may monthly payment will not increase, yet they off a price of R199 vs the R138.26 I'm currently paying. When I query them on this they don't have the decency to continue the conversation, they simply drop the call.

I've requested to removed from all Vodacom upgrade call lists, yet these calls persist. How do I get Vodacom to stop selling me lies? How do I get Vodacom to honour my request not to receive these unwanted sales calls?

It is another matter the Social Media Team assisted. I have still had zero response regarding the issue raised here.

Also note that I'm out of the country right now and would prefer to only be contacted re this matter next week
