Unwanted device to be returned

Vodacom agent(Martin) contacted me via my cell phone and despite my objections he persisted and sent the phone with RAM couriers on the understanding that I can return it (Consumer Protection Act)This occurred on the 6th of March 2015.The item was duly delivered on the or about the 15th .On the 17th March I managed to get through to Vodacom call center on ***.spoke to Kgomotso to return the unwanted item.and was told that it would take between 7 to 10 days for RAM to contact me and collect.Needless to say I heard nothing and have not been able to get through to Vodacom \Customer Care"on ***. up to 45 min of holding on and then the call is dropped.
I then contacted RAM direct on the 27th only to be told that they do not have any notification of the item to be returned as I was not given a V2P ref number .I have also tried logging on to Vodacom web page to lodge the complaint but to no avail.
I can understand the person's frustration that had the banner erected at World Ware.
