Unwanted contract and bad service

In April 2018 I was contacted by a Vodacom representative from Buy Mondo (Which I discovered after the fact) regarding upgrading/renewing my contract.

I asked the representative to e-mail the details to me with the idea being I would discuss it with my husband.

Then I received a package by courier with a Office365 and Antivirus subscription as well as sms notifications regarding quotation 1- ********** ********** and order 1- ********** ********** .

I discussed this with my husband who contacted Vodacom on my behalf and after talking to numerous people, the package that was previously delivered by courier was collected on the 24th April 2018 on V2P ********** .001 to be returned to Vodacare Collection Advices, 292 Roan Crescent, Corporate Park.

The contract that was then supposed to be cancelled and reverted back to the previous contract.

To date I have heard nothing further in this regard.

I am still interested in a Contract but with something like a Huawei P20 lite or a Samsung J or A series phone.

I would like my husband to assist me with this and I would appreciate it if you take this into consideration.

Vodacom no longer seems to have a e-mail address that I can address my complaint with directly as I am tired of talking to representative after representative with little to no success.

Please deal directly with my husband in this regard.
