Unuahtorised Upgrade on 3G

REF:S3-80126-67UXW<br> This unauthorized upgrade was brought to the attention of Vodacom on the 16th of March 2015. Only comments I received from them was that it is in the hands of the escalations dept. Escalations dept up to now has been prominent in there absence, In the mean time they keep on deducting from my account as if nothing is wrong.<br> Going through the complaints on hello peter I noticed that I am not the only one with this problem. What concerns me is that Vodacom management allows this to happen. <br> I hope that this gets resolved quickly because it is leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
