I ordered a phone, 10 days ago and i still have not received it. The track my order says no street number found. my delivery is at an office park. You cannot miss it. It simply means the person did not pitch and said there was not street number. No one called me to verify or notify me that the order will arrive on the day. it is a very disappointing situation, i am thinking of cancelling the order.

08 Sept 2020, 08:30I have not received a call from any consultant, I am still waiting. i understand there was stock shortage and delays. But 13 Days is a long time to wait for an order. This is just energy draining.

Today its the 21st of September and i still haven't received any feedback from anyone. I am the one calling them, and they keep saying it will be delivered. The worst & poorest service i have encountered. Deliberately lie to customers.
