************* and Not delivering as committed too

I have booked in my Sony handset 4 times in a short period. I have now requested from Vodacom for a different make and model (LG – knowing that this is not their most popular brand). I have now been offered a very old and outdated model, namely LG-G3, despite my contract still being active! After several attempts in requesting and pleading to several different Vodacom employees, for a much superior model, a LG-G4, I was informed that the LG-G3 is being offered as a form of “Goodwill” and should I not accept it, they will issue the Sony device back (NB: I have booked in the Sony handset 4 times already and the only way that Vodacom can repair that brand is with refurbished parts). I have been informed by 2 Senior Vodacom employees (Zabantu and Lindiwe) that the SONY Z3 was not repaired as it was working, and on the other hand, I have a Vodacom Head Office call centre repair agent (Sibu) and a Branch Manager (Ayanda) confirming that the Sony Z3 board was replace and the software updated. It is obvious that I’m being **** to by some people employed at Vodacom. This issue was raised; however, no response has been given. It has now been 38 days since I have booked in the Sony handset and now after pure frustration and knowing now that Vodacom do not care about its customers only money, I conceded and accepted the LG-G3. During this time of constant communications with Vodacom, it was confirmed that the LG-G3 was not a refurbished handset, which in my understanding, it is brand new device! I was informed that the LG-G3 is ready for collection at the store and when I went to pick it up, the box had already been opened. This is now the 2nd confirmation that Vodacom has been lying to me, “THEIR CUSTOMER”. This issue has again been raised to senior Vodacom Management and I was informed that they would need to book in the handset, which means, that it would leave Hillcrest to be delivered to Port Shepstone, then Port Shepstone would forward it back to Johannesburg, where they will assess the issue. Note I have been inconvenienced for 37 days thus far and now I must wait for another week or 2? This is another typical example that Vodacom does not care about their customers. I can now understand why they spend millions in their adverti*****ts! Not to mention that I have been paying my premiums every month and for well over 3 months, did not have a device. I want to be reimbursed for all these inconveniences caused by Vodacom, not to mentioned the additional expenses, such as travelling to and from the Vodacom store as well as constantly replacing the tampered glass and body cover for the handsets repaired / issued. My contact detail is ********** 727
