Untrusted network provider

Good morning my name is Welcome Mphaho I’m an existing member of Vodacom for more than 5 years but recently I was really disappointed on your staff members who pushes their sales on our expenses, I recently received a call from a lady called Jacqueline Muthiyalu who migrated my number ***) to new benefits and had promised me that there won’t be any additional fees but to my surprise when I received my invoice,my monthly subscription had went up by R200 and something on top of what I was already paying and she further added that she is trying to make things simpler for me since I was paying more monthly subscription.

And this happened for the second time where my number was migrated by untrusted staff members of your company.

Just be aware that I am going to stop using my Vodacom number as soon as my contract ends since I’m dealing with untrusted individuals who make up sales on our expenses
