Untrust worthy vodacom

On the 26th of April 2018 i contacted vodacom to request a quote for a contract premature cancellation, i was provided with the quotes for both my contracts and all this contracts got paid off on the same day. I also asked for an email address where i can send all the proof of payments so that the accounts can be marked as such an cancelled from being contracts and moved to prepaid. Till this day i still get harassed by receiving demand phone calls and emails and being told my account will be handed over to debt collectors. I have sent them numerous emails begging them to update my account but it is still not done. they are ***********
