UNTRAINED STAFF
My phone was ****** 28/9/2015. I went to Vodacom Chatz to block it and I was told my PHONE IS INSURED. I send 4 hours in a police station to report it. Today I phone Vodacom Chatz again and I was told my phone is not insured. I waste 4 hours of my life due to UNTRAINED STAFF, TOTALLY TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!!!
